(Ready in about 25 minutes | Servings 8)  
1 large-sized yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 ½ cup green lentils
2 cups vegetable stock
1/4 cup raisins
1 can tomatoes, diced   


Sauté onions and garlic for about 3 minutes, adding stock as needed, so they do not stick.

Add the remaining ingredients, except for canned tomatoes. Cover and set to “Manual”, and 10 minutes pressure. Afterwards, allow pressure to come down naturally.

Next, stir in tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Serve.
